A rich cashew based paste of fresh ingredients infused with exotic spices and flavors that will make super delicious butter chicken, paneer makhani, tofu and grilled vegetables in a rich cashew gravy.

Directions:

  • Makhani masala – Sauce Maker from Framhouse
  • Add milk and water
  • Increase flame and bring to boil
  • Add cooked chicken cubes
  • Simmer till gravy thickens
  • Garnish with cream, cilantro and serve with naan, pita or rice

Rajma Masala

A flavorful paste of fresh ingredients infused with exotic spices that will make a delicious and comforting entrée with any variety of beans. Make Rajma, Chili, Dal Makhani or Lentil soup. Versatility is the key.

Directions:

  • Rajma masala – Sauce Maker from Framhouse
  • Add any variety of beans or a mix of beans
  • Mix, Mash, Stir on medium flame
  • Add water and increase flame
  • Simmer till gravy thickens
  • Garnish and serve with rice, roti or naan

Chole Masala

A flavorful paste of fresh ingredients infused with exotic spices that will make a healthy, tasty and protein packed meal using chickpeas. Make chickpea stew, chickpea pilaf or chickpea sald. Versatility is the key.

Directions:

  • Chole masala – Sauce Maker from Framhouse
  • Add canned or fresh boiled chickpeas
  • Mix, Mash and sauté for 30 secs
  • Add water
  • Simmer till gravy thickens
  • Garnish and serve with naan, pita, bread, rice, quinoa, couscous
