Recently married into a country that was foreign to me, I was enjoying new experiences, learning about different cultures, eating various cuisines and happily making a home. Yet amid all this, disappointingly enough, I found a dearth of authentic, delicious and palatable Indian restaurants and eateries in the USA.
Most Indian restaurants across America masked their less than palatable dishes with loads of cream and fat. It seemed like a key ingredient was missing in their menu – and that was passion. And any venture without passion can only go so far. In the food business, especially, if chefs only go through the motions without infusing their dishes with a sprinkle of passion, they have clearly failed.
Thus, a dream became reality. Framhouse Inc., was born. After years of creating and reformulating recipes, I finally succeeded in coming up with products that are authentic in taste and unparalleled in quality. My quest was to produce food/food products that could be proudly served in my personal kitchen. The Kitchen Genie series of Sauce Makers mirror my passion, pride and a distinctly snooty palate.
Dining out at a restaurant is fun occasionally, but many a times we dine out because of constraints (skills, time, ingredients). Products from Framhouse Inc., make cooking – your favorite ethnic and exotic dish – a snap. Now you can make your very own butter chicken in five minutes with just three ingredients.
Although our Kitchen Genie series of Sauce Makers take the guesswork out of cooking, our valuable customers still have control over the cooking process. The only difference is that now you can make an entrée in five minutes instead of 90 minutes. Even take-out takes longer. It is magic. That is why we call our sauce makers the Kitchen Genie series.
Finally, our Sauce Makers use fresh ingredients and spices, without artificial preservatives, extra sodium and artificial food coloring. What you read on the ingredient list is what you get. No surprises. Quality is requisite, so we added ‘Passion’ and ‘Perfection’ – Framhouse.
